We’re not going to make any commentary about how Steve Jobs is probably rolling in his grave. We’re not going to whine about Apple’s increasingly boneheaded design decisions. Instead, we’re just going to leave this right here. It’s the HyperDrive, and it gives you back all the freaking ports Apple took away on the new MacBook Pro. Oh, you don’t think you can work with only 3 Thunderbolt ports and 2 USB-C ports? That’s fine, here’s a sleek, nicely designed adapter that features USB-A ports, a SD Card or microSD slot, HDMI port, Thunderbolt 3-enabled USB-C port and USB 3.1 USB-C port. It’s able to handle data throughput speeds of up to 50GB/s, and full power charging since it handles up to 100W. It’s small enough to carry in a pocket and people are so excited about it, the Kickstarter is now funded almost 5 times over. It’s a $69 pledge, with deliver in March 2017. But hurry up, quantities are limited.
